We have always hated having so many washers on the brake pads., not only because they look bad but also because sometimes it is a hassle to align them correctly.
So we designed this simple system with only two washers where the bolt and pad insert have the rounded shape that replaces the washers.
This system is not only nicer and simpler; it also makes the alignment more accurate
- FEMALE BOLT
Instead of a nut sticking out, we are using a female bolt. Combined with the washers, it makes a nicer lower profile hardware.
- SHAPE
We made a wider pad, to use as much rim surface as possible. This also allowed us to make a nicer shorter pad concentrating the surface closer to the center, where most of brake force is concentrated.X
